VOLUNTEERS
Upon organizing this event, our organization will need some extra help from volunteers. Hence, this project will give them the chance to also be involved in planning as well as conducting the event. This indirectly gives the volunteers experiences on how to conduct certain events and programs.
We would like to prepare them to be the best-qualified employee to face the ever so challenging future. With this opportunity the volunteers will not only be exposed to the cooperate world but also get the benefit of experiencing volunteerism.

There were 12 volunteers to help 13 committees to organize and make sure this event runs smoothly. Most of the volunteers in charge at the checkpoint during the day. Certificates were given to all the volunteers participate in organizing this successful event.
